The parties expressly submit, for any questions or differences that may arise due to the interpretation, fulfilment and execution of this contract, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the domicile of the consumer or user or to those of the place of fulfilment of the contractual obligation.
