Our Story
We are Marta and Nicolás, a couple from Barcelona who were looking for a small retreat in Menorca: somewhere to spend our summers while also making a sound investment.
We soon discovered that searching from afar was not so straightforward: too many viewings that led nowhere, incomplete information and many important decisions to make without having anyone on our side.
That experience taught us the value of having someone who analyses every property with only the buyer’s interests in mind.
That is how Hommed was born: to provide the guidance we wished we had during our own search.
Today, we help others find their home in Menorca, fully understand what they are buying and make every decision with clear information and complete transparency.
And when a house needs it, we also take care of transforming it. We design and coordinate renovations, interior design projects and finishing touches so that every home reflects the people who will live there, while respecting its character and the Menorcan way of life.
Our team
At Hommed, we bring together different perspectives and a shared way of working: personal, rigorous and practical.
We combine real estate, creative and technical expertise to guide each project from beginning to end: from finding and purchasing a property to its renovation, interior design and final preparation.
This combined perspective allows us to look beyond first impressions: identifying opportunities, anticipating potential issues and assessing each home’s true potential before any decisions are made.
We take on only a limited number of projects at a time so that we can be genuinely involved in each one, pay attention to every detail and provide direct support throughout the entire process.
