It all started by looking for a home

We are Marta and Nicolás, a couple living in Barcelona, with our jobs, our routines and the idea, like so many others, of having a small refuge in Menorca: an apartment where we could escape during the summers and, with luck, make a good investment.

The search was not easy: many unnecessary viewings, little transparency and the constant feeling of being alone in an important process.

Without realising it, what we were doing for ourselves began to become a way of helping family and friends.

Soon we realised that what we were doing for our loved ones also had value for many other people who wanted to invest, spend time or start a new life in Menorca.

That is how Hommed was born, not as another estate agency, but as a different way to support those looking for their ideal home in Menorca.

A close, honest and deeply practical service, focused on what truly matters: buying well, without rushing and with good judgement.

Hommed is a studio made up of three people with a shared vision:
to make buying a home in Menorca a beautiful, comfortable and successful experience.

Each person brings a different perspective: creative, operational and technical, so that every project flows in harmony, from the first call to the final detail.
